Welcome to Clearwater Central Catholic High School. My name is Molly. And I'm Emmett. We're both fellow students here at CCC – a school that flourishes, evolves and grows to meet the needs of students and families. In the past decade alone, CCC has invested over 17 million dollars in improving our academic and athletic facilities, ensuring that we are in the forefront of educational technology. Today, Emmett and I are going to meet up with some fellow Marauders on the beautiful CCC campus to showcase what it has to offer. Let's go! 
All visitors to our campus must first check in at the front desk located here at the Leadership Building. The Leadership Building contains offices, conference rooms, and work spaces for administration, guidance, advancement, enrollment, and student leadership. During the school day, the gates you see behind me remain closed, and there is armed security on campus at all times when students are present. 
After you have you checked in with our friendly front desk, you'll find yourself in the main courtyard that runs through the heart of the campus at CCC, connecting all of our lovely buildings together. Now to launch your academic journey at CCC, I'll introduce you to Talia, a member of our championship-winning Brain Bowl team. 
Thank you, Emmett. Our state-of-the-art learning and achievement Center is made up of two wings, housing 24 contemporary classrooms with updated technology and flexible seating for both independent study and group collaboration. This allows for different learning styles and teaching methods. 
Welcome to the C.E.I. Modeled after and in collaboration with the University of Tampa's Lowth Entrepreneurship Center, this space is designed to inspire learning and foster collaboration. It features a computer lab frequented by the IB Design Technology classes, digital art classes, and the Yearbook Club. In the south side of our C.E.I. we have our Success Lab, where students meet every day with learning specialists to aid them in their learning differences and needs. Flanked on either end by small group collaborative rooms, the CEI boasts soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall windows which allows natural light to pour through the space. The open floor plan and flexible seating creates an environment where students can create apps and websites, design businesses, discuss marketing plans, and ultimately challenge one another to grow outside of a traditional classroom setting. We have many clubs, interest groups, and activities on campus so there is guaranteed to be something for everyone. 
CCC is proud to be an Inernational Baccalaureate World School, known as "IB For All." Our unique approach means that every student at CCC benefits from the IB style of learning and will have the opportunity to earn college credit through at least one IB course. Students at the end of their 10th grade year decide whether they're going to be pursuing the full IB diploma or not. Graduates of the full IB Diploma Programme are guaranteed full Bright Futures by the state of Florida. 
Here to tell us more about the wide variety of science courses offered at CCC is IB Diploma student, Alex. Thanks guys, come on in! The Margaret Doyle Carter Science Center is not only where we learn subjects like Biology, Environmental Science, Physics, Anatomy, and Marine Biology, but also where we get hands-on experience in the lab performing chemistry experiments, dissecting organic material and animal body parts, and using mannequins to model anatomical structures. 
Here at the White Family Center for the Arts, CCC students have the opportunity to creatively express themselves through the Performing and Fine Arts. My friend McKenzie, member of the International Thespian Society, will take you into the James B. White theater to show you what our program's about. Our beautiful theater is home to our regionally acclaimed drama program, which is known for bringing home Superior scores at the state level in categories like solo performance, one-act play, costume design, and even publicity. Here on this stage, our students perform plays, musicals, talent shows, and lead worship. It's also where we host all our school masses and assemblies. 
Bravo, McKenzie. Now we'll head across the breezeway from the Performing to the Visual Arts. Here to escort you is ceramics student Taylor. Located in the north wing of the White Family Center for the Arts, our fine art classrooms provide students with the opportunity to enjoy photography, painting, and drawing classes. We even have our own pottery wheels, kilns, and an environmentally-friendly machine called a pug mill, which recycles leftover clay for future use. 
It's my pleasure to introduce you to Clara, President of the first-ever student chapter of Catholic Relief Services in Florida. Here in the south wing of the White Family Center for the Arts, you'll find the St. Julie Billiart Chapel. Able to hold 140 people, the chapel offers an intimate sanctuary for prayer services, class retreats, and individual reflection or meditation. At the entrance to the chapel, you'll see a green marble statue of the chapel's namesake and Patron Saint of CCC–St. Julie Billiart–a beautiful donation to our campus from the Typrowicz family. 
CCC's football, soccer, and lacrosse teams all play and practice on the turf field of James Brian Thomas Stadium. This stadium holds expansive home and away stands, newly renovated concessions and restrooms, and a contemporary field house. Here we host cross country meets, powderpuff games, Central Olympics, and even student service activities. 
As one of CCC's core values is Valuing Service, it's no surprise that of one of our biggest venues on campus often hosts a number of volunteer events each school year. I'm an officer of Water 4 Mercy, one of several student-led volunteer clubs here on campus, and I also served as the student representative for the nonprofit's advisory board. Supporting Water 4 Mercy alone, CCC has held kickball tournaments, fundraiser walks, and even water bucket balancing competitions here at James Brian Thomas Stadium. Hi, I'm Jackson, and this is our athletic field house, which first opened its doors in 2018. It houses offices for our athletic staff, classroom space, equipment storage, and a collegiate-style locker room. This wall showcases all the Marauder athletes who went on to play college football, some even to the NFL. I hope to see my name up there someday. 
Built in 1966, CCC's iconic dome Cavallaro Gymnasium is home to our basketball teams as well as our girls indoor volleyball team. It's also where we display our 37 state championship banners as well as our Hall of Fame. The gym is also where we hold one of the best events of the year–our homecoming pep rally–as well as school dances, school assemblies, and alumni events. 
CCC is home to acclaimed baseball and softball programs. Here to tell us more about their facilities is softball player Nancy. Thanks, Emmett. We're here at Todd Vaughn Field, named for legendary baseball coach Todd Vaughn, who retired in 2022 after 45 years here at CCC and four state championships–including one as a player in 1979. In addition to our dedicated field space, both Marauder softball and baseball teams make regular use of our batting cages year-round. 
And now we'll hear from Myah, varsity Indoor and Beach Volleyball player and proud owner of a state championship ring, about the newest addition to CCC's athletic complex. In 2021 we expanded our sports facilities by adding the Notre Dame sports complex, which includes for beach sand courts and practice fields used by football, soccer, and lacrosse. Our newest addition to campus in our athletic footprint is the girls locker room project, a 2 million-dollar update providing sleek and modern changing facilities for PE classes and dedicated lockers for each Girls Athletic team. 
CCC has impacted each student, growing us into young adults with minds for truth, hearts for love, and hands for service. Both Molly and I are very excited to join the ranks of other Marauder alumni who have gone on to some of the best colleges in the country, pursuing their goals as entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, educators, performers, professional athletes, and much more.
