CCC + National Merit Update

Congratulations are due for a number of Marauders for their academic prowess!

First, we are proud to share that CCC's Class of 2026 has five students who qualified for the National Merit Scholarship Program (as a result of their 2024 PSAT/NMSQT test scores). From more than 1.3 million program entrants, each of these students is among the 50,000 highest-scoring participants who will be recognized as either Semifinalists or Commended Students in the fall. About 16,000 Semifinalists are named nationwide, representing the top scorers in each state.

Congratulations to the following students for achieving this honor: Madison Childress, Allison Fisher, Aidan Morgan, Patrick Phy, and Ta'rah Regnier.

Clearwater Central Catholic High School has had at least five students named as National Merit Qualifiers since the Class of 2022. One important factor that has contributed to this outcome is our partnership with the Ray Dass SARA program, which help students prepare for all national standardized tests, and the Ray Dass Scholars program, which identifies high-potential test-takers and invites them to participate in a rigorous preparation program ahead of the PSAT/NMSQT in the fall of their Junior year.
