Anonymous Reporting:
Reporting on CCC Cares may be anonymous, but we highly encourage verifiable reporting by posting your name behind the concern. Anonymous reporting may be necessary in some cases; but in most circumstances, having the ability to follow up with the person making the report improves the success of the investigation. Whenever possible, please use your name when reporting. We will operate with due discretion and make every attempt to keep your name out of the investigation.

False Reporting:
The intentional misreporting of information or the use of this service for any purpose other than that for which it is intended, is strictly prohibited. The intentional misuse of this service will result in an investigation and may lead to disciplinary action up to and including expulsion and/or criminal prosecution.
