CCC students attend the 2020 State Model United Nations conference in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

28 delegates went to the state conference. Countries that were represented were Germany, Bulgaria, Mexico, Kenya, and Vietnam were represented. The students tackled such topics as climate change, reduction of small arms, cybercrime, global pandemics, and the refugee crisis in Myanmar. We are proud of the way in which our students represented CCC at this prestigious conference!

The Model United Nations Club offers Clearwater Central Catholic students a chance to debate world issues from the diplomatic stance of foreign nations. Its purpose is to promote awareness and understanding of global issues in the context of the United Nations.
