Chris Harvey, a 2004 graduate and former player at the University of Miami, has been named Clearwater Central Catholic High School’s new head football coach. Harvey will succeed John Davis, who announced his retirement after a 34-year coaching career.
Coach Harvey has been coaching for 11 years, 10 of the years in the collegiate ranks.

As a player for the Hurricanes, Chris’s teams combined for a 46-4 record under head coaches Butch Davis and Larry Coker. In 2002 he was a member of the National Championship Miami team when they defeated University of Nebraska in the Rose Bowl.
