Admissions Process – Freshman Applicants

Thank you for your interest in Clearwater Central Catholic High School.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year.

For students currently in 8th grade looking to apply for the 2020-2021 school year, the following components are required for your application to be complete:

  • Online Application ($100 application fee includes entrance exam)
  • Transcripts for 7th (entire year)
  • Report Card showing 8th grade (first reporting period i.e. 1st quarter or trimester grades)
  • Standardized test scores (when available)
  • Release of Records FormIt is the responsibility of the parent to complete, sign, and turn in to your student’s current school.
  • Student Support Plan and documentation (if applicable): Has your student been identified with a learning disability or exceptionality? If yes- please submit their previous and current Student Support Plan (SSP), 504, IEP, Gifted Services, and/or any additional documentation that applies. For students with any medical condition requiring accommodations, a letter, dated within one year of entry, from the diagnosing physician stating the diagnosis, treatment plan and classroom recommendations, as applicable, is required. 

Please note:  Catholic schools in the Diocese of St. Petersburg do not recognize a religious objection to immunizations. Diocese of St. Petersburg Immunization Policy for all students.  Click here.

Transcripts issued in a foreign language must be translated into English by a certified evaluation agency. For a list of agencies, please go to the Association of Credentials Evaluation Services, NACES at http://naces.org/members.htm/.

Only when the Admissions Office has received all of the documents listed above, will a decision regarding admittance be made.

Admissions Process – Transfer Applicants

We are currently accepting applications for the 2020-2021 school year.

For students currently in 9th or 10th grade looking to transfer to CCC, the following components are required for your application to be complete:

  • Online Application
  • $100 application fee
  • Transcript (showing all high school credits earned to date)
  • Standardized test scores
  • Transfer Affidavit Form
  • Student Support Plan and documentation (if applicable)

12th Grade Applicants

Only when the Admissions Office has received all of the documents listed above, will a decision regarding admittance be made.
